Service terms

The commercial terms shown here summarize the Retention service and do not replace a signed client agreement.

Fees

The standard setup fee is $150 per client account and includes multiple stores. The ongoing fee is 12% of net recovered revenue while the service is active.

Attribution

Revenue is attributed to a managed recovery flow when an order follows a qualifying email click within five days. Refunds and cancellations reduce net recovered revenue.

Billing

Statements are prepared monthly in arrears and reviewed before an invoice is issued. Late refunds may be applied as credits to a following period.
