What counts as recovered revenue?
An order is counted when the customer clicked a managed recovery email within the previous five days. The same order can only be counted once.
How is net recovered revenue calculated?
We start with attributed order totals after discounts, then deduct refunds and cancellations before calculating the fee.
Can we connect more than one store?
Yes. The $150 setup fee applies to the client account, and multiple stores are included. Additional stores can be connected later.
Who controls the recovery flows?
InfinitiStar staff configure, test, publish, and monitor the flows. Clients receive a read-only view of performance, flows, and billing.
When are invoices issued?
Performance invoices are prepared monthly in arrears. A staff member reviews the underlying orders and adjustments before the hosted invoice is sent.
