InfinitiStar Retention processes contact, store, order attribution, and billing data to deliver managed recovery services.

Data use

We use submitted information to respond to applications, operate recovery flows, reconcile recovered revenue, provide reporting, and issue invoices. Provider credentials are encrypted and never displayed after submission.

Retention and access

Access is restricted by client organization. Operational and financial records are retained only as required to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
